Dear SCB Community,  

As we head into a new school year that is sure to be filled with fun and excitement, it is a perfect time to identify opportunities that will bring our community together.  We are excited to support the theme for the school year, Light the World with Kindness, through the Annual Fund, Be the Light. 

Our school’s mission is to provide our students an exemplary education within the faith-based traditions of the Catholic Church by: preparing leaders of tomorrow, providing opportunities for academic and spiritual growth, offering a secure and supportive environment, and partnering with parents, parish, and community.  This year, our students will have the focus to Light the World with Kindness. 

The Annual Fund will impact every member of the St. Charles community.  Contributions to the 2022-2023 Annual Fund will go directly to the operating costs, which will allow for even more activities, programs, and ongoing improvements to the school. These funds will support teaching tools, educational technology and equipment, professional development programs, and facilities maintenance. When you give to the annual fund, you give to the people, the programs, and the place! 

We will bring the SCB community together and rise to the challenge of raising $200,000 for the Annual Fund.  There will be a variety of opportunities to participate as we have a goal of 100% participation of all families.  Here are a few ways to get involved and fun activities to look forward to:

• Make a donation to the Annual Fund 
• Come to the school carnival (It’s coming back during Catholic Schools Week in February!!)  
• And more to come! 

We are honored to serve as Chairs of the 2022-2023 Annual Fund campaign and look forward to a successful year. Be the Light!
